<--------------------------------------------------> Cool as Ice Blue Corzatath Though overall a glaciate blue, this lanky hatchling takes the normal mottling of dragons to its extreme; scarcely a handsbreadth of his hide keeps a solid hue. A foggy electric cloak capes broad, angular shoulders, shading into twilight along a muscular neck. There his icy hue and the shadowy evening converge and melt into a medium royal, drawing a heavy brow over deep-set almond eyes. Sapphire falls in a jagged, blurry-edged splash across his muzzle. Turquoise deepens down his barrel chest, darkening back into twilight that strokes down his sides and legs into slate talons, while the lighter hue wraps beneath his belly. Periwinkle and baby blue spread mistily through translucent wingsails, then down across hindquarters and tail, sliding through turquoise and back to icy blue. <----------------------------------------------------> Pulse of the Earth egg A serene gathering of silken cords wrap around the base of this egg. Drawing with them are golden cords which spiral their way upwards to the center, and then top half of the egg. Extending on either side of the golden threads in an equally dazzling display are mixtures of amber, emeraldine, amethyst and sapphire, each a brief flicker of color that extends to the next. A swirling cosmosis of bronzen stars then dance their way across the very edge of the shell, while faint, almost unseen patterns of bronze dance below the surface. <------------------------------------------------------> Impression message: Suddenly your gaze wavers, falters, as all the colors merge into one. Is it the heat of the Sands? Heatstroke? But the colors blur together slowly into a blinding, brilliant golden light. The light gradually dims toward glorious paired rainbows: the jeweled eyes of Corzatath. His presence rings through your mind and burns into every part of your being, threaded throughout with a love beyond reckoning. When at long last he speaks, his deep voice is a comforting calm in the storm of pastels.<< My love, my one... my Tira! >> he cries. << I've found you at long last! I am your Corzatath, and I've come for you. We will be together forever! >>As the blinding light fades, leaving you standing on the same Sands, in the same Weyr, somehow everything has utterly changed. And Corzatath still remains within you, within touch and reach at all times. <-----------------------------------------------------> Personality: "Bad to the Bone" best describes your Corzatath. This isn't to say he's evil... he's just an overgrown kid in a dragon's form. He likes to have fun and that fun will be had at any and all costs. << Pssst! Tira... come on! I /just/ found this neat mud pile and... we've got to go swimming! >> Chances are this mud pile that he /just/ found is one he /just/ created and he'll drag you out of the barracks or your weyr to go and play in it. Day or night-- it doesn't matter. He's just got to show you how much fun mud can be. Not only does he have a certain affinity for mud, but he also has a strict set of codes that he'll just have to determine and hold you to: Code 1) If it's squishy he'll just have to roll in it. Code 2) If it stinks or is smaller than him, he'll insist you take it home. Code 3) Pranks... well, they are a must. (And he'll come up with some of the /strangest/ ideas!) Code 4) You and he will just have to meet /everybody/ in the entire Weyr... otherwise he'll sit and pout for hours on end. Not only are these codes things he'll insist you live by, he'll try to convert others to them, too. If you try to get some extra work done around the barracks, Corzatath may very well undo everything you do, just because you /didn't do it right./ He's particular, he'll insist you do things the /correct/ way (aka, /his/ way). You're especially lucky because you've got /the/ social butterfly of dragons. He'll introduce you to anyone who stays in one spot long enough, including other dragons, their riders, stray firelizards, even a rock if it's in the right light. If you don't cooperate he'll tell them about the most embarrassing thing he can think up--just because it's something interesting to talk about, of course. Corzatath will adore firelizards. He'll insist you get him one, and he'll pout if it's not a blue. He's a blue fellow and he loves himself. That is to say, he thinks highly of himself. If you don't watch him carefully he'll try to sneak off and find himself a firelizard clutch. But Faranth forbid you miss a hatching. << Tira! The watchdragon just told me that he spotted a clutch outside! A firelizard clutch! Come on... we have to go and get ourselves a firelizard! Remember, it /has/ to be blue. >> Come flying time, Corzatath will be one of the flashiest fliers of his weyrling group. He'll love to do swoops and dives, he likes to show off and attract attention. This is the same when there's a glowing green within sight. << Tira! Isn't she just the most wonderful, absolutely amazing female dragon you've ever seen? >> He'll just keep gushing about her until you agree. << Go on and introduce yourself to her lifemate. I've just got to meet this one! She's lovely.... She's as gorgeous as the stars in the sky and as beautiful as the moon. >> He'll only gush like this to you, though. To the green he'll be suave. He'll tell her she is beautiful, but never in the words he'll use with you. In essence, your Corzatath is a rebel without a clue. He likes to cause trouble and you two will get your fair share, but he also has a heart of gold. <-------------------------------------------------------> Mindvoice: Your lifemate is extraordinarily *vocal* as dragons go. He has a deep, bellowing mental voice that seems unsuited to his size. It has a boyish charm about it, though you'll be surprised how quickly it can change when he gets an idea or thought into his head. << Oh Tira! Will you just /look/ at that firelizard? Isn't it the cutest? And... /she/ is... wow. Tira... go introduce yourself to her Lifemate! >> You'll know just by the *tone* that you two are headed for certain trouble. While his voice is distinctive, it'll be his colorization patterns that make him unmistakable. He's a brilliant guy, sprinkling his thoughts with pastels of all shades, among them his favorites: amethyst, sapphire, emerald, gold. <-----------------------------------------------------> Themesong : Bad to the Bone <-----------------------------------------------------> Lineage: Gold Khavrineth and bronze Salbyeth Clutchmates : Keli and green Gwelisanth Liri and brown Rolkeith S'ana and brown Coreith Kiyami and brown Szanth G'vyn and bronze Disanth
